Adam Melonas

Adam Melonas is the CEO and founder of Chew, a Boston-based food innovation lab established in 2013 that focuses on creating delicious, nutritious, and sustainable packaged food and beverages. They have collaborated with leading food and beverage manufacturers to develop over 4,000 products addressing critical food issues such as childhood obesity and malnutrition. Before founding Chew, Adam co-founded Unreal Brands, served as Chief Innovation Officer, and worked on product development for companies like The Australian Chia Co. and IKEA. They are also a mentor at Harvard University and a Senior Fellow at Babson College, actively contributing to the future of the food industry. Outside of their professional endeavors, Adam is a competitive triathlete.
