Allie Rounds

Allie Rounds is an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, having started in June 2023 after completing an internship at the same company in May 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Meetings Intern at Parthenon Management Group and a bilingual staff member at Eastminster Presbyterian Church. Rounds actively participated in various leadership roles at Vanderbilt University, including serving as a Senior Advisor Board member, Vice President of Community Engagement, and a member of the Community Engagement Committee for Vanderbilt Women in Government. Additional roles include Advanced Research Assistant and Research Assistant at the LAPOP Lab, Director of Outreach for Vanderbilt Student Government, and New Member Educator for Kappa Kappa Gamma. Rounds holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Vanderbilt University and has completed prior education at Princeton High School and Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart.
