Allison Bathia

Allison Bathia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting and member services. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at Bain & Company since October 2013, Allison has held various roles including Manager, Case Team Leader, and Consultant. Prior experience includes a Summer Associate position at Deloitte in 2012 and over six years at The Advisory Board Company, where Allison progressed from Marketing Associate to Director of Member Services. Allison holds an MBA in Business from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.
