Alyssa Zhou

Alyssa Zhou is a Senior Manager at Bain & Company, having advanced through roles including Manager and Consultant since October 2020. Prior to this, Alyssa held various academic positions at UC Berkeley from August 2014 to August 2020, serving as a Graduate Student Researcher and Graduate Student Instructor for multiple courses. Alyssa's early career included roles such as Supervisor at RuffaloCODY and research positions at the USC BioMEMS Lab, where component testing for a pediatric MEMS pump occurred, and USC Biomedical Simulations Research, where a mathematical model for diabetes treatment was developed. Alyssa also contributed to cancer research at the USC Image Processing and Informatics Lab by creating a cancer registry of IMRT treatment plans. Alyssa Zhou holds a Ph.D. and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
