Amri Sham

Amri Sham possesses extensive experience in legal and corporate affairs, with a career spanning over two decades across various industries. Beginning as a Legal Counsel at MMC Corporation Berhad, Amri later held positions such as Advocate Maritime at Skrine and Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Bursa Malaysia. Subsequent roles included Government & Regulatory Affairs Manager at Philip Morris International and Head of External Affairs & Communications at Petrofac Malaysia. Amri served as Social Performance Manager at Sarawak Shell and led Government & Public Affairs at Grab. Currently, Amri is the Head of Public Affairs and Halal at foodpanda and an External Advisor for Bain & Company, specializing in corporate advisory on policy lobbying and affairs management. Amri holds a Master of Laws from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a law degree from the National University of Malaysia.
