Andy Dent

Andy Dent is a motivated and passionate Diversity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing Specialist with extensive experience in the Professional Services sector. They have served in various leadership roles, including as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Bain & Company and the Global Head of Corporate Responsibility and Inclusion at Clyde & Co. Previously, Andy held key positions at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, JPMorgan, and Goldman Sachs, where they implemented impactful D&I initiatives and contributed to cultural change within complex organizations. Currently, Andy is pursuing a degree in Politics and European History at Bedford College of Further Education.
