Andy Noble

Andy Noble is a partner at Bain & Company's Boston office, where they lead the Agile Innovation practice for the Americas and contribute to the Retail and Digital practices. With nearly 20 years of management consulting experience, Andy focuses on guiding B2C companies in innovation and transforming into modern, omnichannel, Agile organizations. They have co-authored several articles on Agile transformation, including "Agile at Scale" published in the Harvard Business Review. Previously, Andy held a managerial role at Accenture and advised private equity clients at Bain. They earned a BA in Mathematics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
