Anna Gorkun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, corporate governance, and the wine industry. Currently a Manager at Bain & Company since June 2023, Anna has previously owned and operated 46 Parallel Wine Group, a family-owned wine business, and successfully sold it to a strategic investor in December 2024. As the Chief Executive Officer of Inkerman Ukraine from January 2016 to September 2022, Anna established and managed a hybrid-production and distribution company. A member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for Inkerman International AB from February 2012 to January 2016, Anna led the Group's restructuring during a crucial operational split between Russia and Ukraine. With a strong background in corporate law, Anna held various positions in law firms such as Avellum Partners, Beiten Burkhardt, and Baker & McKenzie. Anna holds several advanced degrees, including a Master of Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and is currently pursuing a Corporate Governance Diploma at INSEAD.
