Barney Hamilton

Barney Hamilton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Talent Officer at Bain & Company in London since 2015, Barney has a comprehensive history with the firm, having previously held the roles of Partner from 2004 to 2014 and Manager and Consultant from 1994 to 2003. Prior to the current position, Barney was the Group Strategy Director at Mitie for a brief period in 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Maths & Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
