Bea Umseher

Bea Umseher is the Director of the EA Program for Germany/Austria at Bain & Company, a position held since 2015. Prior to this role, Bea served as the Büroleitung at BTU TREUHAND GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft from 2008 to 2015 and held various positions including Stellv. Geschäftsführerin at Deutsche Ärtzegesellschaft für Akupunktur from 2001 to 2003. Bea has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development, having worked as a communication trainer, mediator, and coach from 2006 to 2008, and has provided consultation to executives in numerous organizations. Earlier roles include serving as PA to the majority shareholder at Bahner Holding and as departmental head at ADAC Berlin-Brandenburg. Bea also spent time in Canada from 1999 to 2001.
