Ben Ferris, CFA, is an experienced investor and entrepreneur in the real estate industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and President of Adenium Holdings, where they oversee the operation of a $20M portfolio of multi-family residential real estate in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Previously, Ben was a Portfolio Manager at Trust Company of VT, where they managed $200M with significant outperformance relative to the S&P 500. They have also held roles at Bain & Company and Putnam Investments, specializing in consulting and investment strategies. Ben is pursuing an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, building on a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
