Ben Hobbs

Ben Hobbs is an award-winning pracademic with 20 years of experience bridging academic and industry sectors to drive impactful change. They have held key positions such as Head of Business Development, Partnership & Innovation at Admiral Group Plc and Head of Insurance Operations at Marshmallow. Currently, Ben serves as an External Advisor at Bain & Company and Co-Chair of the Strategy Special Interest Group at the British Academy of Management. They previously contributed to academia as a Senior Lecturer and Programme Director at the University of Bristol, where they led various initiatives in innovation and entrepreneurship.
