Ben M. is a digital product leader with a decade of experience in SaaS product strategy and development, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Bain & Company. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at the Boston Consulting Group, where they drove the development of flagship client-facing software products. Ben's expertise includes cross-functional leadership, agile development, and managing the full product lifecycle. They have also been a lead product design engineer at Switchcraft, Inc., overseeing the entire product development process.
