Ben Vander has extensive experience in consulting, data analysis, and strategy development. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at Bain & Company since August 2021, Ben previously worked with Bain as an Associate Consultant Intern in 2013 and later progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager and Consultant, leading teams on projects with major clients in the Financial Investors Practice. Prior to Bain, Ben gained valuable experience as a Pricing Extern at Wayfair and an Engineering Analysis Intern at Comcast, where data-driven insights informed strategic decisions. Early career experience includes a Customer Research Intern position at The Julian Krinsky Group, where Ben conducted a customer survey campaign to identify product and communication improvements.
