Benjamin Mactiernan

Benjamin Mactiernan is an accomplished professional in growth, private equity, and technology. With a background in engineering, Benjamin transitioned to business school and embarked on a career in private equity at Bain & Company, where they became a partner focusing on strategic growth for portfolio companies. Currently, Benjamin serves as a partner at Bain & Company while also working with Vesparum Capital to assist growing companies in maximizing their equity value. Benjamin co-founded Site-Diagnostics and has held various roles in organizations such as Rio Tinto and NTPC, where they focused on project management and environmental compliance. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
