Blair Solender

Blair Solender is an incoming Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, having previously served as an Associate Consulting Intern. Experience includes multiple leadership roles at USC Marshall School of Business as a Peer Career Advisor and positions within the USC Sports Business Association, culminating in presidency. A commitment to marketing and strategy is evident through internships at Stack Sports, USC Athletics, and the Los Angeles Rams, alongside a strategic role as Director of Recruitment on the USC Panhellenic Council. Blair also led the USC French Club and contributed to student recruitment in athletics. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and a high school diploma from Lycée Français de New York, with plans to pursue an MBA at Harvard Business School.
