Caperton Flood is the Global Co-Head of Performance Improvement and a Senior Partner at Bain & Company, with over 20 years of experience in advisory and board roles. Currently, they lead Bain’s global M&A activities in Performance Improvement and serve as a Board Member at ArcBlue Consulting, where they were previously Chairman. Caperton has worked with various leading companies across the Industrial sector, particularly in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, and Oil & Gas, and has a proven track record in strategic, financial, operational, and leadership capabilities. They began their journey at Bain as an associate consultant in 2000, progressing through various roles to become a senior partner.
