Caroline Broms

Caroline Broms is the Director of Operations and Facilities at Bain & Company, where they have held multiple roles since 2012, including Team Leader and Senior Manager. Prior to Bain, Caroline founded and served as Managing Director at Episode Events AB from 1999 to 2006, creating corporate events for notable clients. Caroline has also worked in various marketing and administrative roles at companies such as Johnson & Johnson and HQ Bank, and has a background in economics from Stockholm University. Additionally, they fulfilled a dream by writing a book about personal experiences between 2009 and 2010.
