Caroline Sugar

Caroline Sugar is currently a Manager at Bain & Company, where they previously served as a Summer Associate. They hold an MBA from The University of British Columbia, which they completed in 2022, and a BS in Chemistry from Queen's University. Caroline has held research assistant roles at several institutions, including Queen's University, the University of Heidelberg, and the Czech Academy of Sciences. Prior to their current role, they gained experience as a Market Strategy and Planning Intern at Procter & Gamble and were a PhD candidate in Chemistry at The University of British Columbia from 2017 to 2020.
