Chiming Ngu

Chiming Ngu is the Director of SE Asia Staffing at Bain & Company, bringing a results-driven approach to engage stakeholders effectively. Previously, Chiming served as a Senior Coordinator and Manager in the same department, as well as a Social Programs Transition Coordinator for the Mushuau Innu First Nation, where they developed community-led restorative social programs. Chiming also worked as a Social Worker in youth justice and child protection settings, focusing on intervention plans and at-risk situations. They hold dual Master's degrees in Business Administration and Social Work from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
