Darragh Egan Smith

Darragh Egan Smith is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and advisory roles. Currently a Senior Manager at Bain & Company since January 2021, Darragh has previously held positions at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in cross-border M&A transaction advisory, contributing to the institution's mission of enhancing private sector development in emerging markets. Darragh's earlier experience includes work at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in consumer and retail investment banking, advising on M&A and valuation analyses, as well as internships at RedMart and Bank of America. Darragh holds an MBA in International Business from INSEAD and a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
