Dave Fleisch is a senior Partner in Bain & Company’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice, focusing on medical technology and biopharma. Since joining Bain in 2000, Dave has worked extensively with healthcare services companies and providers, helping senior clients shape and drive their multi-year transformation agendas. With expertise in areas such as organic growth, cost transformation, and mergers and acquisitions, Dave has published on Agile innovation, customer experience, and shareholder value creation. Outside of work, they enjoy outdoor activities and have served on the boards of various youth-focused and educational organizations. Dave began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Salomon Brothers and held a role in Corporate Development at Hughes Electronics before pursuing an MBA in Strategy from The Wharton School.
