Dhruva Murugasu

Dhruva Murugasu is a Partner at Bain & Company, where they have been since 2015, specializing in strategy and implementation for large-scale transformations in industries such as chemicals, oil and gas, telecommunications, and consumer goods. Dhruva's project accomplishments include developing comprehensive strategies for various sectors and leading significant talent management reforms. They also had a brief tenure as a Senior Manager at The Bridgespan Group in 2022, supporting its Southeast Asia office. Earlier experience includes roles at Bank Negara Malaysia as an Associate Economist and an intern at the Bank of England, where Dhruva conducted research on capital flows. Dhruva earned a BA (Hons) in Economics with First Class Honours from the University of Cambridge.
