Dimitris Psarris is the Managing Partner for Greece and Cyprus at Bain & Company, where they lead the Athens office and are a Senior Partner in the Global Financial Services and Private Equity Practices. With nearly 20 years of experience, they have advised major banks, insurers, corporates, and regulators across various continents, including Europe, the Middle East, and the US. Previously, Dimitris held a pivotal role at Oliver Wyman, where they founded the firm's Athens office and contributed to its rapid growth. Additionally, Dimitris is a committed mental health advocate and leadership coach, known for fostering diverse and inclusive team environments. Currently, they pursue multiple degrees at Athens University of Economics and Business and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
