Eileen Shy is a Senior Partner at Bain & Company, where they serve as the Global Leader of Customer Strategy & Marketing for Consumer Products. Since joining Bain in 1996, Eileen has developed extensive expertise in the consumer goods sector, specializing in growth strategies and large-scale change initiatives. Eileen previously worked as an Associate at Pegasus Capital Advisors, where they conducted due diligence on early-stage technology companies. Eileen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Public Policy from Brown University.
