Elizabeth Hedges

Elizabeth Hedges is the Finance Director for Asia Pacific at Bain & Company, where they have held various roles since 2007, progressing from Senior Manager in FP&A and Commercial to Director of Finance. They previously worked as a Financial Analyst at AWAS from 2001 to 2007 and as an Accountant at Lansdowne Publishing and Macquarie Dictionaries from 1998 to 2001. Before that, they were an Assistant Accountant at Traveland Pty Ltd from 1994 to 1998. Elizabeth is also a Justice of the Peace in NSW, an ABCN Mentor, and a CPA Mentor. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance at the University of Western Sydney and maintaining their affiliation with CPA Australia.
