Eric Berger

Eric Berger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, currently serving as a Senior Partner at Bain & Company from May 2010 to June 2025. Prior roles at Bain include Partner, Principal, and Summer Associate. Concurrently, Eric serves as a Board Member for Cradles to Crayons Massachusetts, an organization dedicated to providing essential items to children in need.
