Ethan Phillips is a partner and leader of the North America Oil & Gas practice at Bain & Company, based in Houston. With a deep expertise in upstream and midstream strategy and operations, Ethan has advised clients across a range of oil and gas projects. Prior to joining Bain in 2004, Ethan held various roles including associate at IntelliQuest and VP of Interactive at nFusion Group. Ethan earned an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management and an AB in Economics from Harvard University. In addition to consulting, Ethan has founded and grown two companies in Austin, Texas.
