Frank Ostroff

Frank Ostroff currently serves as an External Advisor to Bain & Company, focusing on Automation and AI, particularly in organizational change management related to Generative AI. They are also the Managing Partner of Ostroff Consultants Group, where they have worked since 2002, achieving significant transformations for various clients. Previously, Ostroff was a Fellow at BTS and a Senior Organization Expert at McKinsey & Company, where they were recognized as a leading authority on organization change and transformation. Additionally, they co-founded CloudFace, a health information technology company, and were part of the Global Management Committee at iGATE. Ostroff is pursuing a J.D. at Yale Law School.
