Gary Turner

Gary Turner is a Senior Partner and Chief Risk Officer at Bain & Company, where they have been since 1985, amassing 35 years of Management Consulting experience across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the UK, and the USA. They led Bain's Asia-Pacific Financial Services Practice and held various global governance roles, including serving on the Board of Directors and chairing several committees. Prior to rejoining Bain in 2004, Gary was the executive general manager for international business development at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Gary has also contributed as an independent director in the health and education sectors, notably as a founding director of Chris O'Brien Lifehouse and as Chair of the Board of Governors at Wenona School for girls in Sydney. They hold an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Wharton School and a PPE degree from the University of Oxford.
