Grace Blair

Grace Blair is an experienced staffing and recruiting specialist with a diverse background in talent acquisition across multiple industries. Currently serving as Staffing Specialist and previously as Recruiting Specialist at Bain & Company since April 2022, Grace has also held recruitment roles at Revolut and The Boston Consulting Group. Early experiences include positions at Angela Mortimer Group, where expertise in executive consulting was developed, and as a Talent Coordinator with At Your Service Event Staffing, enhancing organizational and client service skills. Additional roles ranged from chalet hosting to hospitality, contributing to strong communication and customer service abilities. Grace holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and History of Art from Oxford Brookes University.
