Greg Golba

Greg Golba is a Senior Director and the Head of EMEA GBS at Bain & Company, where they have been responsible for overseeing Global Business Services since 2021. With over 25 years of cross-functional expertise in HR, Finance, and IT, Greg has held various leadership roles, including Operations Director at CBRE Corporate Outsourcing and Deputy Director at the Business Consulting Center. They have also served as a Senior Consultant at PwC Consulting and IBM, and held leadership positions in other organizations including International Personal Finance and Accenture. Greg earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and has a certification in Accounting, Finance, and Audit from CPA Australia.
