Grete Rød

Grete Rød is a partner based in the Oslo office. She is an expert in the Private Equity practice.

Grete primarily leads due diligence initiatives for private equity clients, in addition to blueprint and value creation planning, exit planning and add-on diligence efforts. She is also deeply versed in business unit strategy, firm strategy and both sales and channel excellence.

Prior to joining Bain in 2009, Grete worked as a senior research associate for another top consulting firm, where she worked across the energy and finance spheres.

She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. She also graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with honors from Colby College, majoring in economics and international studies.
