Henry Chong

Henry Chong is an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company since October 2025, following a role as a Senior Associate at Kaya Founders where responsibilities included investing in early stage startups primarily in the Philippines. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at AlphaSights, focusing on scaling the APAC survey business unit and private equity consulting in Southeast Asia and Australia. Henry began a career at Lalamove as an intern in learning and development, and held summer internships at DBS Bank and Strait Cooperation Fund, gaining insights into private equity markets in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The George Washington University and a Basic Cuisine Certification from Le Cordon Bleu London.
