Janeil Hoo

Janeil Hoo is a recruiting professional with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Most recently, Janeil served as a Campus Recruiter at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) from July 2023 to July 2024, following a similar role at Shopee. Prior to that, Janeil held the title of APAC Early Careers at both TikTok and ByteDance from May 2022 to July 2023. Additional experience includes working as a Programmes Associate at The Young SEAkers Singapore and serving in student leadership roles at Nanyang Technological University Students' Union (NTUSU). Janeil holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Nanyang Technological University and has completed GCE 'A' Levels at Meridian Junior College and GCE 'O' Levels at Tanjong Katong Secondary School. Currently employed as a Coordinator in Recruiting at Bain & Company since January 2025, Janeil continues to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
