Jason Bechtold

Jason Bechtold is a Regional IT Director at Bain & Company, where they oversee IT operations for five North American offices, leading a team that consistently excels in customer service and employee satisfaction. They have a proven track record of creating departmental visions, developing leadership skills, and managing budgets exceeding $5 million annually. Previously, Jason held roles at McKesson Corporation as a Network Communications Analyst, and served in the Army National Guard as an Armorer. In addition to their current role, they are also a Leadership Coach at WAYCO Coaching. Jason is pursuing multiple degrees, including a B.S. in Business Management and an M.B.A. from Webster University.
