Jason Gao has over 20 years of combined industry and consulting experience in corporate strategy, digital transformation, and ESG. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at Bain & Company since 2021, Jason previously held roles at EY-Parthenon, A.T. Kearney, and Kearney, where they focused on operational excellence and digitalization strategies. Jason also served as a Production Manager at JCB and a Lean Production Manager at Bosch Rexroth. They obtained a Master of Business Administration in Operation Strategy from the National University of Singapore.
