Javier Pastor

Javier Pastor is a Consultant at Bain & Company since 2024, following a role as a Commercial Advisor at Rapidan Energy Group in 2023. Javier has an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where studies focused on Finance and Strategy, and previously interned in energy consulting at NextEra Energy, Inc. In the educational sphere, Javier also contributed as an Impact Investing MBA Consultant for Toniic and participated in the CASE i3 Initiative on Impact Investing at Duke University. Prior to pursuing an MBA, Javier worked at S&P Global as a Senior Associate and at IIR Energy as a Business Development Manager, accumulating extensive experience in business development within the energy and natural resources sectors. Academic credentials also include a BBA in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of Houston and studies at Copenhagen Business School.
