Jen Smith

Jen Smith is a partner in our Private Equity, Retail and Technology practices, based in Boston. She is also a core member of our Advanced Analytics, Customer Strategy & Marketing and Vector practices.

Jen specializes in private equity due diligence and portfolio company value creation. She is also an expert in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), sector screening and review and digital marketing.

Her diverse client portfolio spans Europe, the Americas and Africa.

Prior to initially joining us in 2010, Jennifer worked in private equity for Insight Partners.

She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and bachelor’s degrees in history and astrophysics, cum laude, from Harvard University.

Jen is a mom to two young daughters, as well as an active runner, triathlete and hiker.
