Jim Wininger is a Senior Partner at Bain & Company and currently heads the Industrials Business in the Americas. Since 2014, Jim has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for LifeLine Animal Project, working to reduce euthanasia rates for healthy pets. Prior to joining Bain in 2009, Jim held the role of Associate Partner at Monitor Group and worked as an analyst at Enron Corp. Jim earned a degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business between 2002 and 2004.
