Jonathon Ringer

Jonathon Ringer is a seasoned consultant with over 27 years of experience in the consulting industry, currently serving as a Senior Partner in Bain & Company's EMEA Retail Practice and a prominent member of Bain’s Global Retail and Global Transformation Practices. Previously, Jonathon held positions at The LEK Partnership as a Consultant, focusing on strategy and mergers & acquisitions, and at WHSmith, where responsibilities included being a Corporate Development Analyst involved in corporate strategy and project management, as well as managing merchandising and space planning for a large retail chain. Jonathon holds a BEng & BCom in Manufacturing Engineering and Economics from the University of Birmingham and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition, Jonathon serves as a Trustee for The Great Dixter Charitable Trust, which preserves a historically significant garden in the UK.
