Joya Chaaya is currently a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, having started in 2022 after progressing from roles as an Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant Intern. Previously, Joya worked as an On Site Engineer at MATTA ET ASSOCIES SAL and as a Civil Engineering Intern at Maalouf Trading & Contracting sal in 2021. Joya was also a member of the Student Council at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, where they earned a degree in Civil Engineering in 2023, following a High School Diploma in General Science from SSCC Ain Najm.
