Joyce Sá

Joyce Sá is a data scientist with extensive experience in transforming data into actionable insights and deploying scalable machine learning models. They began their career at Neurotech as a Data Scientist, focusing on credit, collections, and fraud prevention, where they developed predictive models and managed data-driven products. Later roles included Senior ML Engineer at Santander Brasil and Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Bain & Company, where Joyce honed their expertise in model deployment and performance monitoring. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade de Pernambuco, completed in 2018, and continues to leverage advanced tools and statistical methods in their current projects. Outside of work, they enjoy classic films, strength training, and playing board games.
