Justin Long

Justin Long is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Bain & Company since September 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the NPS Prism initiative. Prior experience includes various roles at Bain & Company, where Justin contributed to significant cost-saving strategies during a major merger and played a key role in analyzing procurement data. Additional experience includes marketing and product education roles at Nike, where Justin led brand activations and training programs, as well as business development at Betts Recruiting and service roles in the US Army, where leadership and logistical management skills were sharpened. Justin holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
