Kanav Sharma

Kanav Sharma is currently an Associate Partner at Bain & Company, having previously held positions at Kearney as a Senior Business Analyst and Manager. Kanav earned an MBA from the Indian School of Business, where they achieved Dean's and Merit List honors. Prior to their MBA, Kanav served as CEO of a startup, and worked as a Business Analyst at Jabong.com and Fractal Analytics. Notably, Kanav wrote a national newspaper editorial column at the age of 18, published a book at 21, and founded their own company by 23, successfully selling it at the age of 25.
