Layan Khamis

Layan Khamis has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist at Bain & Company since May 2021, after progressing through roles as a Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Associate. Prior to Bain & Company, Layan worked at L'Oréal in HR Learning & Development from July 2020 to April 2021, and at Nielsen as a Human Resources Executive from December 2019 to July 2020. Additional experiences include serving as an HR & Recruiting Administrator at Clyde & Co and as an English Tutor at Sylvan Learning. A summer internship at the House of Representatives in Japan involved research responsibilities. Layan holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from The American University of Sharjah, completed in 2017.
