Leah Chernoff

Leah Chernoff is a seasoned professional with a strong background in management consulting and crisis intervention. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Bain & Company since October 2020, Leah has held various roles within the firm, including Manager and Consultant, as well as Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant from 2015 to 2018. Leah's prior experience includes providing critical support as a Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line from 2016 to 2020 and a Summer Associate at A Better Chicago in 2019. Earlier roles include an Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company, Head PR and Social Media Intern at Margie Korshak, Inc., and an Education Department Intern at The Field Museum. Leah holds an MBA in Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a degree in American Studies and French from Yale University.
