Leah Johns is the Head of the Global Consumer Lab at Bain & Company, where they lead initiatives focused on consumer insight and foresight. They co-founded acadeMe, a bespoke training program for millennials, and previously launched Leah Pauline Jewelry, an e-store that garnered media attention. With a strong background in consulting, Leah has worked with Towers Perrin and held various roles at Bain & Company from Consultant to Director. Currently, Leah is pursuing an MBA at Columbia Business School and has also studied Psychology and Communication at the University of Pennsylvania and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
