Lisa Bland

Lisa Bland is the Vice President of Employment Risk for EMEA and Associate General Counsel at Bain & Company, where they manage employee relations and HR risk for diverse global regions. Prior to Bain, Lisa held significant roles at Barclays Africa as Head of Employee Relations and HR Legal Counsel, handling employee relations across multiple African nations. They started their legal career as a barrister at White Friars Chambers and have also worked as a solicitor at Brodies and as an associate at Addleshaw Goddard. Lisa obtained a Certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Western Australia and studies law at the Inns of Court School of Law.
