Maja Omanovic is currently a Partner at Bain & Company, having progressed through the firm since starting as a Consultant in 2014. Maja also served as an Associate Partner from 2021 to 2024 and held various managerial roles within the company. Prior to Bain, Maja worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Direct Energy from 2009 to 2012. Maja holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Syracuse University.
